August 22th 2009:

It never ceases to amaze me how generous you lot are. You didn't have to get me the cash but you did and I got the whole amount in under two weeks! I've already enrolled at the local college and the classes start at the end of September. It's two hours weekly for 30 weeks, so I should learn something at least. Thanks again to all those who think my art sucks so bad you felt the need to pay me to take classes :D

August 10th 2009:

Yep, begging again, but as always, it's for something that would benefit you as well, and I've not asked for anything in a few years, but it till sucks. As always, bits of my computer have decided to fail all at the same time, but I'm going to suck that cost up myself. No, I want some life drawing classes. It's become obvious to me that I've come to the limit of what I can teach myself, and I want to improve my crappy anatomy. Really can't afford it myself, so if you want the art in SSDD to suck a bit less, it world be appreciated if you dropped me a few pounds.

July 4th 2008:

Just so you know, when you see a bonus strip on it's own without the normal SSDD, it's because I didn't have time/will to do the normal strip, and rather post filler, I'll put up the bonus strip if I have one ready. It's a bit cheeky I know, but the way I've been feeling lately you would see a lot more filler then normal. I know I've got to buck my ideas up, but I'm finding it really hard to keep motivated of late.

Besides that, I think the bonus strip idea has been a success. It's panned out a bit different then I thought it would. For some odd reason, you guys won't let the “strips owed” counter stay under 30. Not that I'm complaining, but it'll look like I'm lazy to any visitors... and they would be right.

November 12th 2007:

It looks like the only time I ever update this is when I'm after money. Good lord I suck, but at lest this time I'm not handing out the begging bowl. More like... busking. Which is like begging, only more annoying. Where was I? Oh right! Because the odd jobs and freelance shit I've been doing has dried up and because the US dollar ain't worth shit, I'm a bit on the broke side. Well, more then usual, and it really showed this week when we'd have to borrow cash to fix a pet bunny's teeth again and I'm finding it hard to find shirts without holes in.

I didn't want to go begging for money like before, especially since I blew £300 on a bloody Xbox 360 Elite, so I came up with this idea. For every £10 I get, I'll draw the next strip of the next story arch after The Tower of Babel story. If it works, I'll kill several birds with one stone. One, I'll get a semi-regular cash boost. Two I get draw the original cast again and you get to see them, and three I can push the plot forward faster (I knew this bit in the story was long, but not THIS long).

Well, lets see how it pans out, and how much you want to see Norman again.
